Once we’ve received your form, we will then send you a new management agreement to sign. Then you relax and we’ll do the rest.

We’ll get in touch with your previous agency to organise the switch over. We’ll collect the keys and any documents relating to your property and work with your tenants to ensure a smooth changeover.

Your current property management contract will have a notice period which you may need to take into consideration.

I wish to advise that I no longer require your services for the property management of the above named property/s. I have engaged GO Property Rentals to now manage this property on my behalf.

Accordingly I request your assistance with the smooth transfer of this file including all relevant documents (as below) and keys.

All Tenancy Agreements.
All Rental Records relating to these tenancies.
Any Rental arrears, 10 Day Notices and any Tribunal Hearings/Mediations and the Results from any Mediations or Hearings.
The last two inspection reports.
The condition report prepared for the commencement of the tenancy.
Change of Landlord Bond forms signed.
All contact details relating to the Tenant.
All Keys for the property and a copy of any keys issued to the tenants.
Any outstanding Maintenance relating to the property.
Any regular Creditors who may attend to the property, for example lawn mowing or garden contractors or cleaners.
